Project Summary  

TEAL Systems is a commercial water heating and cooling systems provider that was looking to upgrade their office upon moving to a new suite as part of the expanding East River development in downtown Houston, Texas. To accomplish the needs of this project, we presented sleek, modern furniture with lots of neutral finishes to elevate the space and inspire teams for years to come. 

In the main work areas, bullpen-style workstations were used in the designer department to maximize desk space for blueprints and other documents while still allowing for open and easy collaboration with other team members. For the rest of the team, there is a separate work area that maximizes more of the office’s floor plan with a condensed layout using rows of L-Shape workstations. Our team also designed and furnished the reception, private offices, training room, break room, client lounge, and more. The end result is an office designed to optimize their team’s workflow, creativity, and support their boundary-pushing workplace culture.
